Commercial Licensing

Our team (pictured to the right) has over 25 years of collective experience in delivering high quality work in commercial matters, including licensing. Regardless of which team member works on your matter, they will be supervised by Simon Wilson who is a director in the commercial department.

We can advise on and apply for Premises Licences, Personal Licences and Club Premises Certificates, under the Licensing Act 2003, including advice on the preparation of your operating schedule.

Alcohol

Pubs, clubs (including members' clubs), restaurants, hotels, night clubs, off-licences.

Entertainment

Premises licences for live and recorded music, dancing, karaoke, plays, films and indoor sporting events in night clubs, pubs, clubs, restaurants, hotels, village halls, cinemas and theatres.

Late Night Refreshment

Premises serving hot food and/or hot drink between 11pm and 5am must have a premises licence.

Gaming

Members' clubs; Gaming Machines; Amusement with Prizes machines; Betting Permits and Betting Office Licences; Lotteries and Amusements.
