Employment Law

Are you facing redundancy or being unfairly dismissed? Have you been treated unfairly at work or been discriminated against?

Your best interests are our prime concern and here at Ward Gethin Archer Solicitors we have a specialist team of employment solicitors who can provide you with advice on all your employment law concerns.

Whether you have been dismissed or believe that you can no longer go into work as a result of your employer's actions, if you think you have been discriminated against or you are not getting what you are entitled to, we can offer advice on what you can do.

It does not matter if your employment was part time or full time.

Here at Ward Gethin Archer Solicitors we can provide advice on the following employment claims:

  • Unfair Dismissal claims
  • Constructive Dismissal claims where your employer has breached your contract of employment and you believe that you had no alternative than to leave employment
  • Discrimination
  • Breach of Contract
  • Redundancy
  • Employment related dismissal and pregnancy related dismissal
  • Settlement Agreements

If our employment solicitors believe that you do have sufficient grounds for a claim in the Employment Tribunal, then we may be able to represent you under a no win no fee agreement. This means that if you are successful in your claim, our fees will be paid from your compensation but if you are unsuccessful, then we will only charge you for the expenses which we have incurred in bringing your claim such as travel expenses and the costs of an expert if necessary. We will not charge for our time and therefore there will be no other charge to you. You will be kept informed throughout of any expenses you may incur.

If we are unable to represent you on this funding arrangement, then we will give you a quotation as to the costs of acting on your behalf privately and if necessary, you can pay us on a monthly basis in order to allow you to budget for your legal costs.  Please click here for our Employment Law Pricing for Individuals page.
