Simon Wilson

Simon is one of the Directors within Ward Gethin Archer heading up the Commercial Property Team.

Simon qualified as a solicitor in 2004, working as a lawyer in the Commercial Property discipline ever since. He joined the firm in 2006 to lead the expansion of the Commercial Property team in King's Lynn.

He has experience in all aspects of Commercial Property including landlord and tenant, site acquisition and disposal, and land development. He also provides general commercial advice, and assistance with licensing.

Simon's client base includes a wide range of owner-managed businesses, property developers, entrepreneurs within the leisure industry, and established larger organisations.
