Simin and her young family have recently moved to Ely. Simin enjoys travelling and has previously lived in London, Liverpool and Kendal. She is looking forward to exploring East Anglia with her family.

Simin has experience in dealing with non-contentious commercial property matters, from sale and purchase of land and property to the taking and granting of leases. She advises and negotiates on a range of deeds and contracts.

Simin qualified as a Solicitor in 2018 and specialises in Commercial Property. She joined Ward Gethin Archer’s Commercial Property team in September 2023.
