About Me

In my spare time, I enjoy relaxing by supporting my local villages, in particular attending a local gym and singing in the community rock choir.

I have been a trustee of charities that help victims of domestic violence in Norfolk and particularly Breckland.

My Work History & Experience

I have worked within a legal environment since 2004, qualifying in 2006.   I have specialised in Family Law since 2005.

I am also a member of Resolution, which is an organisation of family lawyers that is committed to resolving family disputes in a constructive and conciliatory manner.

I became a Resolution accredited specialist in 2012, with the particular specialisms in child law within private proceedings and financial provision.

My Time at Ward Gethin Archer

I joined the firm in October 2008 and am responsible for assisting family clients across the firm’s Watton, Swaffham and Dereham offices.

I advise on all aspects of Family Law including divorce, civil partnership dissolution, and in particular upon financial issues that follow a relationship breakdown. I also specialise in issues regarding children such as child contact arrangements and residence disputes. I can also advise on and prepare Cohabitation Agreements, Separation Agreements, Pre-Nuptial Agreements and Change of Name Deeds.

As part of Ward Gethin Archer’s commitment to the local community, I regularly attend the Citizen’s Advice Bureau to offer free advice to clients. Furthermore, as part of the firm’s support of our local military families, I routinely visit military bases to hold free advice clinics.

Ward Gethin Archer is an established law firm in Watton, Swaffham and Dereham. I also help coordinate local networking groups to encourage cooperation and communication between local businesses and community members.

What I Can Do For You

Because I understand that my job involves helping people navigate their way through extremely stressful times in their lives, be it child related, divorce or financial separation, my goal as a solicitor is to be as understanding and approachable as possible.

I aim to be empathetic when I listen to the issues people are facing and provide practical and realistic legal advice.

My main goal is to empower my clients to help them navigate their way through their family legal matter and on, into the next phase of their lives.
