About Me
I was born and raised in London and Surrey.
I moved to Bury St Edmunds with my partner in 2013 and enjoy having so much on my doorstep such as the theatre, cinemas and restaurants.
My other interests include learning foreign languages and in particular Spanish.
My Work History & Experience
I studied law at Durham University and have been working as a solicitor for most of my working life since qualifying in 1990.
I have specialised in residential property for the last 20 years. I worked in London for much of that time with a particular emphasis on leasehold enfranchisement.
My Time at Ward Gethin Archer
I joined Ward Gethin Archer in January 2017. I am based at our Swaffham office and especially enjoy being part of a larger team.
I specialise in the buying and selling of property and can advise on all related matters including remortgages, transfers of equity, equity release and lease extensions.
What I Can Do For You
I aim to make the buying and selling of property as smooth as possible for clients and to explain things in straightforward language.
I try to be as helpful and approachable as possible both to clients and to others, such as estate agents, involved in the process.
The aim is to get to both exchange and completion as quickly as reasonably possible.
