I was born and raised in London and Surrey.
I moved to Bury St Edmunds with my partner in 2013 and enjoy having so much on my doorstep such as the theatre, cinemas and restaurants.
My other interests include learning foreign languages and in particular Spanish.
I studied law at Durham University and have been working as a solicitor for most of my working life since qualifying in 1990.
I have specialised in residential property for the last 20 years. I worked in London for much of that time with a particular emphasis on leasehold enfranchisement.
I joined Ward Gethin Archer in January 2017. I am based at our Swaffham office and especially enjoy being part of a larger team.
I specialise in the buying and selling of property and can advise on all related matters including remortgages, transfers of equity, equity release and lease extensions.
I aim to make the buying and selling of property as smooth as possible for clients and to explain things in straightforward language.
I try to be as helpful and approachable as possible both to clients and to others, such as estate agents, involved in the process.
The aim is to get to both exchange and completion as quickly as reasonably possible.
Phillip was absolutely brilliant, went so in depth into my purchase. Can't thank him enough.
Your service was excellent throughout. Both Philip and Annabelle were very attentive and supportive throughout the house purchase and sale process.
I have only the greatest praise for Philip's service. He has provided clear information at all stages and dealt with matters in a timely and efficient way. His calm, professional approach, coupled with his knowledge has made the whole process...
The service i received was first class. All my questions were answered promptly and professionally and I had no cause to doubt any of the answers that were supplied. All in all I was extremely satisfied with the service that...
We were very pleased with the service Philip Hasler provided, and also the staff in the office.
Best decision we made to use a local firm. Philip was most helpful and always returned our calls and answered any queries. Chalk and cheese from our previous experience with a national firm.
This was a long and protracted Equity Release Mortgage application which I found very stressful. Throughout the process, Mr Hasler and his staff strived to keep me informed and reassured, bringing it to a satisfactory conclusion.
Excellent service over and above. Do not use a computer personally and Mr Hasler offered to act as a go-between with emails to the other owner who would not keep in touch with us
