Melanie Egginton

Melanie joined the firm in 2007 and is a Chartered Legal Executive within the Residential Property Team. Melanie is based in our King’s Lynn office and specialises in residential conveyancing. She handles sales, purchases and all related issues for both freehold and leasehold properties. Melanie also deals with mortgages, transfers of equity, voluntary registrations, and all related issues.
