Kim Faivelowitz

Kim joined the firm in 2002 and she is a Chartered Legal Executive specialising in Dispute Resolution and Employment Law. Kim is based in our King’s Lynn office and deals with a wide range of general civil litigation matters, including debt recovery, commercial and residential property disputes including landlord and tenant disputes, contract disputes and agency work for other law firms. Kim advises both employers and employees on all aspects of Employment Law, including drafting and advising on employment contracts, claims for unfair dismissal, disability claims and TUPE transfers. In addition Kim represents both Employers and Employees in Employment Tribunal claims.
